The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the up-gradation and renovation of G Type II-03 Nos. Qtrs.(G-38,70,80) & F Type III-01 No. Qtr.(F-10) at CR Colony, Lawrence Road, Amritsar (PB), specifically for providing rewiring, LED fittings, exhaust fans, etc. as per NIT No. 42/EE(E)/JED/2025-26. This composite electrical and maintenance work is estimated to cost ₹4,54,480 with a time allowed of 3 months. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹9,090 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, or BG, in favor of Project Region Chandigarh - SE -Jalandhar - EE-E-Jalandar - Amritsar Electrical Sub-Division. Key dates include the ePublished date and bid submission start date of August 8, 2025, at 03:10 PM and a bid submission end date of August 16, 2025, at 03:00 PM, which also is the Document Download End Date. The Bid Opening Date is August 16, 2025, at 03:15 PM. Bidders must submit mandatory documents as per the NIT, including a copy of PAN, receipt of EMD deposition, GST registration and acknowledgement of up-to-date filed returns, scanned EMD copy, Enlistment Order in CPWD Composite/ Building and Roads category, ERP training certificate, and a valid Electrical Contractor License.
