Airports Authority of India (AAI) invites open tenders for the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Civil Works in the operational and non-operational areas, including the Terminal Building and other ancillary buildings, at Halwara Airport, Ludhiana, Punjab, for a period of one year (2025-26). The estimated tender value is ₹42,00,000. Interested bidders can download tender documents starting from May 21, 2025, at 09:30 AM until June 10, 2025, at 06:30 PM. The deadline for bid submission is also June 10, 2025, at 06:30 PM. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,180 is applicable, payable offline to LIAL. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,26,000 is required, also payable to LIAL.
