Work Description - Rehabilitation Of Temporary Bldgs Incl Galvalume Sheet And Roof Of Certain Bldgs And Comprehensive Repair To Bathroom, Kitchen And Toilet And Certain Misc Works Etc At Miran Sahib Under Ge Jammu

The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, through GE Jammu, invites open tenders for the rehabilitation of temporary buildings, including galvalume sheet roofing of certain buildings, comprehensive repair of bathrooms, kitchens, and toilets, and various miscellaneous works at Miran Sahib under GE Jammu. This is an Item Rate contract with a tender value of ₹40,00,000 and a work completion period of 180 days. The Tender Reference Number is GEJC-23/2025-26. Interested bidders must submit a fixed EMD of ₹80,000 payable to GE Jammu, along with a non-refundable tender fee of ₹500, also payable to GE Jammu. Both the EMD and tender fee are payable offline via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft. Tender documents can be downloaded from 19-May-2025 06:30 PM until 09-Jun-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 02-Jun-2025 06:00 PM and 09-Jun-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 11-Jun-2025 at 10:00 AM at GE Jammu, located at GE Jammu c/o 56 APO Pin-900277. Bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents, including application for tender issuance, demand draft for EMD, enlistment letter, GST registration, Employees Provident Fund registration, BOQ, and tender documents, as detailed in the tender notice. EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST. The bid validity period is 60 days.
