The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through GE (AF) JORHAT, invites open tenders for the "REPAIRS / REPLACEMENT OF FLOORING, JOINERY, FALSE CEILING, SANITARY FITTING AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS OF OFFICER QTR, VIP AREA IN TECH AREA AT AFS UNDER GE (AF) JORHAT". This is an item rate contract. The tender documents can be downloaded starting June 20, 2025, until July 03, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between June 27, 2025, 09:00 AM and July 03, 2025, 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹70,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) JORHAT via Demand Draft/BC or FDR and must be submitted offline. The tender fee is ₹500, payable to GE (AF) JORHAT, and is non-refundable. The bid opening date is scheduled for July 05, 2025, at 09:00 AM at GE (AF) JORHAT. The completion period for the work is 180 days. Interested bidders must submit required documents with cover 1, which includes the firms letter head document application ,MES enlistment letter copies, DD/BC copies, and Provident Fund,GST registration numbers scanned copies, and all other documents as per NIT.
