The E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING PERIMETER SECURITY WALL CHAIN LINK FENCING COMPOUND WALL GATES GATE PILLAR PLASTERING AND PAINTING AT LICHUBARI AND MARIANI UNDER GE JORHAT." This is an Item Rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹30,00,000. The tender documents can be downloaded from 23-Jun-2025 01:10 PM until 14-Jul-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 07-Jul-2025 09:00 AM and 14-Jul-2025 06:00 PM, and will be opened on 15-Jul-2025 09:00 AM at the office of the Garrison Engineer Jorhat. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹60,000 is required, payable to the GARRISON ENGINEER at Jorhat, and a tender fee of ₹500 is payable to GARRISON ENGINEER JORHAT. The Tender Reference Number is 8254/GE/E8. The period of work is 180 days, and the bid validity is 60 days. Two covers are required: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents including application on firms letter head, list of residual work, enlistment letter, scanned copy of DD and EMD instrument, un-enlisted bidder documents, and GST registration, and the second cover for the Quoted BOQ. Payment instruments allowed are Bankers Cheque and Demand Draft.
