The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the "MOEI and Fans including RMO of HT/LT substation 3 x 80 TR air-cooled type AC plant DG sets split type AC units passenger and Goods lifts WSP street lights Fire fighting system etc for office building of commissioner of customs Airport Air cargo complex Meenambakkam Chennai-27". This electrical works project, estimated at ₹ 12,18,432, requires annual comprehensive maintenance of a 3 x 80 TR centralized AC plant with Blue star make Air cooled Scroll type chiller and allied equipment for a duration of 24 months.
