Work Description - Drain Work

The Executive Officer of Balangir Municipality, representing Municipal Bos, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the construction of a drain with a cover slab from Gopal Budek's residence to Ashok Majhi Kirana's residence, Work No. 18, located in Balangir. The estimated tender value is ₹6,76,600, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹6,766, equivalent to 1.0% of the tender value. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹4,000 is applicable. The contract will be awarded on a percentage basis, and the project must be completed within 90 days. The tender documents, including the Detailed Tender Call Notice (DTCN) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), are available for download from June 23, 2025, 11:00 AM until July 5, 2025, 05:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online between June 23, 2025, 11:00 AM and July 5, 2025, 05:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for July 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Municipal Council, Balangir. Interested bidders should submit online proof of tender paper cost, EMD, GSTIN, PAN, RC, Affidavit and any other documents as per DTCN along with the BOQ. Bids shall remain valid for 180 days. Withdrawal is allowed.
