The Executive Officer (EO) of Rairangpur Municipality, a State Government and Union Territory organization, invites open tenders for consultancy services related to the preparation of a Comprehensive Drainage Master Plan and Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Storm Water Drainage System of Rairangpur Municipality, located in the district of Mayurbhanj, Odisha. This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) tender with reference number T2RRP2025-26, classified as a services category tender. Interested bidders must submit a fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,00,000, payable to the EO Rairangpur Municipality at Rairangpur, which can be provided through BG/ST or EMD Exemption. A tender fee of ₹10,000 is also applicable and is payable to EO Rairangpur Municipality at Rairangpur. Bids must be submitted by July 31, 2025, 05:00 PM and will be opened on August 04, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Rairangpur Municipality. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Rairangpur Municipality premises. The successful bidder will have a period of 180 days to complete the work. The bid validity period is 90 days.
