Work Description - Miscellaneous Maintenance Works At Different Berth Area Of Ppa For A Period Of One Year.

The Ministry of Shipping, through the EE,HWD-I,PPA, invites open tenders for miscellaneous maintenance works at different Berth areas of Paradip Port Authority (PPA) for a period of one year. The estimated tender value is ₹35,10,491, with a required EMD of ₹70,210 and a tender fee of ₹1,000. Both EMD and Tender Fee exemptions are allowed as per the eTCN and Tender Document. The crucial dates for this tender are as follows: the tender documents can be downloaded and submitted from June 30, 2025, 05:00 PM until July 15, 2025, 05:15 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for July 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Prospective bidders must submit their bids through a two-cover system, including scanned copies of required documents (NEFT/RTGS/NSIC/MSME certificates for fee and EMD, all technical documents as per e-TCN and TD, and the Bill of Quantities in the prescribed .xls format). The contract type is a standard tender, and the bid validity period is 180 days. The EMD and Tender Fee shall be payable as per the guidelines mentioned in the eTCN and Tender Document.
