E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LT CABLES NETWORK LT BREAKERS AND PANELS FEEDER PILLARS EARTHING AND ALLIED WORKS AT PXE TECH RESIDENTIAL AREA AT PXE CHANDIPUR" at Chandipur, as described in Tender Reference Number 8204/E8. This is a works contract with an item rate form of contract. The estimated tender value is NA. Interested parties can download tender documents from 12-Jul-2025 05:00 PM until 04-Aug-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted starting 27-Jul-2025 12:00 PM and no later than 04-Aug-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for 05-Aug-2025 06:05 PM at GE (I) R and D Chandipur. A fixed EMD of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE (I) R and D Chandipur, and can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD Exemption. The tender fee is ₹500, payable to GE (I) R and D Chandipur. Bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents, including the application, DD/Bankers cheque for the tender cost, Enlistment letter, EPF and ESI registration, GST registration, additional documents specified in the NIT, residual value of workload, the BoQ, and the technical document as specified in the tender document. The work must be completed within 180 days, and the bid validity period is 60 days.
