The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of an EMRS School Building (G+2), Boys & Girls Hostel Buildings (G+2), two Warden Residences (Single Storey), a Kitchen & Dining Block (Single Storey), Principal Quarters (Single Storey), twelve Type-III Quarters (G+2), four Type-III Quarters (G+1), and ten Type-II Quarters (G+2), including water supply, sanitary installations, IEI, sub-stations, pump house, DG sets, firefighting, and fire alarm systems. This also includes site development and other miscellaneous works at Village-Khairbani, Block-Lathikata, Dist-Sundargarh, Odisha. The estimated cost of the composite work is ₹36,37,83,506.00, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹46,37,835.00, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, BCD-I, CPWD, Bhubaneswar.
