The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the composite work of maintaining and operating electrical systems at various locations under the jurisdiction of the GSI, Bhubaneswar, for the year 2025-26. This includes 1) MOEI & Fans including RMO Pump set, AC Unit, Compound Light etc at GSI Office Building, Unit-VIII, Bhubaneswar and 2) MOEI & Fans including RMO Pump of GSI Residential Colony, Baramunda, Bhubaneswar. This also includes providing manpower for day-to-day operations and maintenance of the electrical systems. The NIT/RFP NO for this tender is 75/EE-E/BBSR/CPWD/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 12,77,325 (Twelve Lakh Seventy Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty Five Rupees), and the time allowed for completion is 12 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 25,547 is required, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), BCED, CPWD, Bhubaneswar.
