The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for electrical and maintenance works under NIT No. 46/EE-E/BBSR/CPWD/2025-26. This composite tender encompasses comprehensive maintenance services, including 2 lifts, a sub-station, a fire alarm system, and a DG set at the Old AG Office Building, Bhubaneswar, as well as similar services for the New AG Office Building at Keshari Nagar, Bhubaneswar, including fire fighting and VRF systems, all for the period 2025-26. The scope also includes the maintenance of DG sets, transformers, and sub-stations at New AG Colony, Nayapalli and Old AG Colony, Bhubaneswar, along with operation of fire fighting equipment in the New AG Office Building. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 15,83,939 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 31,679, payable in favor of Executive Engineer (E), BCED, CPWD, Bhubaneswar via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or TC. The bid submission period commences on August 6, 2025, at 12:16 AM and concludes on August 13, 2025, at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on August 13, 2025, at 03:30 PM. The time allowed for completion of the work is 12 months. Mandatory eligibility documents as per NIT and other documents listed on page 4 (Sl. No. 1 to 8) must be submitted.
