Work Description - Development And Up-gradation Of Horticulture And Landscaping Works Of Garden Area Attached To Main Entrance Gate, Officers Mess, Hospital & Office Area And Ceremonial Ground Of Cisf At Mundali, Cuttack Odisha During The Year 2025-2026.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the "Development and up-gradation of Horticulture and landscaping works of garden area attached to main entrance gate, Officers Mess, Hospital Office area and Ceremonial ground of CISF at Mundali, Cuttack Odisha during the year 2025-2026," NIT/RFP NO 13/NIT/DD(H)/BHD/CPWD/2025-26. This horticulture and development project is estimated to cost ₹36,04,662 and must be completed within 6 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹72,093 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, BCD-II, CPWD, Bhubaneswar. Interested bidders must submit bids electronically between July 7, 2025, and July 14, 2025, until 3:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for July 14, 2025, at 3:30 PM. Mandatory documents include a Certificate of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training from CPWD, Contact Details, Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD, EMD SCAN, Enlistment Order of the Contractor, PAN CARD, Under taking, if the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the State, and Valid GST Registration for work contract.
