The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for composite electrical works at various AG Office Buildings and colonies in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The scope of work primarily involves the maintenance of lifts, sub-stations, fire alarm systems, DG sets, fire fighting systems, and VRF systems at both the Old and New AG Office Buildings, along with the maintenance of DG sets and transformers at the New and Old AG Colonies. Additionally, the project includes providing and fixing feeder pillars, fans, LED fittings, and IEI cables for day-to-day maintenance. NIT/RFP NO is 18/EE-E/BBSR/CPWD/2025-26. The estimated cost of the project is ₹15,30,611, and the time allowed for completion is 4 months.
