The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, through GE Shillong, invites open tenders for special repairs to Building No. T-01 (JCOS Single Accommodation) at the Lower Block of MH Shillong, special repairs to Building No. DSM-17 (Medical Store) of MH Shillong, and provision of a PVC water tank (1000 Ltr) for Building No. H-17 (Hospital Lab) of MH Shillong, all under the jurisdiction of GE Shillong. The estimated tender value is ₹48,75,000, and the period of work is 180 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹97,500, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is required, payable to GE Shillong at Shillong, with EMD exemption allowed as per guidelines.
