The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE MH AND RH KHADKI, invites open tenders for "WELCOME MAINT TO CERTAIN BLDGS AND CONNECTED WORK AT RANGE HILLS AREA UNDER GE MH AND RH KHADKI" at Range Hills Area under GE MH and RH Khadki. This is an Item Rate contract. The tender documents can be downloaded from August 13, 2025, 06:00 PM until August 27, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between August 20, 2025, 06:00 PM and August 27, 2025, 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is August 29, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the office of GE MH AND RH KHADKI, located at Military Engineer Services, Garrison Engineer MH and Range Hills, Range Hills Road, Khadki, Pune 411003. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹60,000 is required, payable to GE MH AND RH KHADKI, and a tender fee of ₹500, also payable to GE MH AND RH KHADKI. The expected period of work is 180 days and the bid validity is 60 days. Offline payment modes such as Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft are accepted.
