Work Description - As Per Tender Documents

The E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services, through the Garrison Engineer Nasik Road, invites open tenders for "Repairs to Sewage Line, Septic Tanks, Manholes, Drains and Cleaning of Sewage Line at Arty Centre under GE Nasik Road". This works contract, referenced as GE/NRC/8721/E8, is valued at ₹50,00,000. Interested parties must download the tender documents starting June 3, 2025, 6:00 PM until June 24, 2025, 6:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between June 17, 2025, 6:00 PM and June 24, 2025, 6:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for June 26, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Garrison Engineer Nasik Road, AOP Complex Near AOP Gate, PO Gandhinagar, Nasik 422006. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,00,000 is required, payable to the Garrison Engineer Nasik Road at Nasik Road, with exemptions allowed through BG/ST or EMD exemption. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to the Garrison Engineer Nasik Road at Nasik Road. The contract period is 270 days and bid validity is 60 days. Enlisted contractors in MES require Scanned copy of enlistment letter in MES and GST Reg.No,application on letter head of firm requesting issue of tender and EPF code number,tender fees in form of DD for valid period of Rs.500 in favour of GE Nasik Road. For unenlisted contractors, the tender requires scanned copies of DOC meeting and DD for earnest money, Affidavit of NO recovery outstanding in any Govt Department, MES in class D category a (ii) including the BOQ. Payment for tender fee and EMD can be made via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft.
