Work Description - Spl Repair To Sewage Lines Septic Tanks Soakage Pits And Storm Water Drains Of Mh And Certain Sanction Works Of Age B/r Haig Line Under The Aor Of Ge Devlali

Military Engineer Services (MES), E-IN-C Branch, invites open tenders for the specialized repair work pertaining to sewage lines, septic tanks, soakage pits, and storm water drains situated within MH and sanctioned works of AGE B/R Haig Line, under the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of GE Deolali. The project, valued at ₹48,81,000, requires completion within 180 days. This is an Item Rate contract. Interested bidders must submit their bids through a two-cover system. Cover 1 requires scanned copies of requisite documents which include enlistment letter in MES, application signed on the letterhead of the firm, list of residual works for E Class Contractor, documents meeting the enlisted criteria in class D cat a(i) if unenlisted, Affidavit of No recovery outstanding in any Govt Deptt, EMD proof, and GST Registration Number. The EMD amount is fixed at ₹97,700. Cover 2 will contain the financial bid which should be a BOQ. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is applicable. Key dates to note include the bid submission start date of September 29, 2025, and an end date of October 6, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Bids will be opened on October 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM at GE Deolali.
