E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for periodical services to OTM, MD ACCN and certain misc BR works and repairs to brick, PCC, RCC drain, cover slabs, and manhole chambers at SPDC, WED, DSRV, NSD Mankhurd, TS Mahul, and NSD Sewri under GE (NW) Mankhurd. This is an Item Rate contract. The tender document can be downloaded from 16-Sep-2025 06:45 PM to 29-Sep-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 22-Sep-2025 01:00 PM and 29-Sep-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 01-Oct-2025 09:00 AM at GE (NW) Mankhurd. Tenderers must submit a fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹96,000, payable to GE (NW) Mankhurd, through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST. Interested parties should refer to Tender Reference Number 8478/E8 for further details. The work must be completed within 270 days, and the bid validity is 60 days. The tender is a two cover system. Cover 1 requires scanned copies of application of firm requesting issue of tender alongwith DD for Rs.500, enlistment letter of the firm in MES along with enclosures. un-enlisted firms must provide DD/Challan for EMD amount, EPF Account No and GST Registration No., Affidavit for no recovery outstanding in any Govt dept, documents meeting enlistment criteria of MES in D-Class, Details asper Appx A to NIT if applicable and Police verification or valid passport.
