E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES invites open tenders for the work of REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING STREET LIGHT / SOLAR LIGHT, OUTDOOR LIGHTING, LIGHTENING ARRESTORS/CONDUCTOR, MAINT TO LT UG CABLES, MAINT OF RCC/STEEL POLES, MAINT/PAINTING OF LT PANEL -- VARIOUS LOCATION IN MIL STN KAMPTEE UNDER GE KAMPTEE. The Garrison Engineer, Kamptee, is the authority inviting the tender. This is an Item Rate contract with an estimated value of ₹35,00,000. The tender documents can be downloaded from 01-Jul-2025 06:00 PM to 22-Jul-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 15-Jul-2025 10:00 AM and 22-Jul-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 24-Jul-2025 12:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹500 is applicable, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹70,000 is required, payable to GE Kamptee. The EMD can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD Exemption is allowed. The period of work is 180 days, and the bid validity is 60 days. Prospective bidders should note that two covers are required: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents, including the application, cost of tender document DD/Bankers cheque, enlistment letter in MES, Provident Fund Code Number, GST Registration Number, pre-qualification documents, unenlisted criteria documents and digitally signed tender document; and a second cover for the BOQ in .xls format.
