The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE NW Mankhurd, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR / MAINT OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINES AND COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR TO FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM AND OTHER MAINT WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATION IN THE AOR OF AGE E/M UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD" vide Tender Reference Number 8469/E8. This is a works contract employing an item rate format. The tender document can be downloaded from July 10, 2025 (10:00 AM) until July 30, 2025 (06:00 PM). Bids must be submitted between July 23, 2025 (09:00 AM) and July 30, 2025 (06:00 PM). The bid opening date is scheduled for August 01, 2025 at 09:00 AM at GE NW Mankhurd, located in Mumbai-88 (Pincode: 400088). A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹99,000 is required, payable to GE NW Mankhurd, although EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE NW Mankhurd, and exemption is permitted. Bidders must submit scanned copies of the application, enlistment letter (if enlisted with MES), EMD DD/Challan (for un-enlisted firms), EPF and GST registration numbers (for un-enlisted firms), an affidavit for no recovery outstanding (for un-enlisted firms), documents meeting MES D-Class enlistment criteria (for un-enlisted firms), details as per Appx A to NIT and police verification or valid passport(if applicable) (for un-enlisted firms), and the BOQ. The work is to be completed within 270 days. The bid validity is 60 days.
