Work Description - Repairs And Replacement Of Area Drainage, Compound Wall And Misc Work At Fort Area Nagpur Under Ge Kamptee

The Military Engineer Services (MES), E-IN-C Branch, invites open tenders for the "REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT OF AREA DRAINAGE, COMPOUND WALL AND MISC WORK AT FORT AREA NAGPUR UNDER GE KAMPTEE,". This is an Item Rate contract, with a total tender value estimated at ₹40,00,000. The work is to be completed within 180 days. Interested bidders must download the tender documents starting October 1st, 2025, at 05:00 PM and submit their bids no later than October 22nd, 2025, at 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on October 24th, 2025, at 12:00 PM at GE Kamptee. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 is required, payable to GE Kamptee, and can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD Exemption, as allowed. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable. The tender reference number is 8801/E8. Bidders must submit their technical bid (Cover 1), including required documents such as scanned copies of the application, cost of tender document DD/Bankers cheque, enlistment letter in MES, Provident Fund Code Number, GST Registration, pre-qualification documents, and a digitally signed tender document. Cover 2 should contain BOQ. Tender Fee and EMD should be submitted offline through Bankers Cheque/ Demand Draft.
