E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through GE NORTH PUNE, invites open tenders for the "GE (N) P/TOKEN- 37 OF 2025-2026 WELCOME MAINT AND PAINTING INCL ROOF REPAIRS, JOINARY, TILING WORK IN QG LINE, ARJUN MARG, SCOM, KOHIMA LINE AND OTHER MISC LOCATION UNDER AGE B/R (CENTRAL) OF GE (NORTH) PUNE". This is an item rate contract for civil works with an estimated value of ₹35,00,000 and a period of work of 240 days. The tender documents, including the BOQ, can be downloaded from 01-Aug-2025 06:00 PM until 22-Aug-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 15-Aug-2025 02:00 PM and 22-Aug-2025 06:00 PM. A fixed EMD of ₹70,000 is required, payable to GE NORTH PUNE, with exemption allowed through BG/ST or EMD exemption certificate. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE NORTH PUNE. The bid opening date is scheduled for 29-Aug-2025 12:00 PM at GE NORTH PUNE. Bidders must submit scanned copies of application letter, cost of tender DD/banker's cheque, enlistment letter in MES (or equivalent documents for unenlisted contractors), EMD (if applicable), GST registration, and list of works as per NIT requirements in Cover 1.
