The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, through GE AF Thane, invites open tenders for "IMPROVEMENT TO RCC STRUCTURE, PLASTERING, PLINTH PROTECTION IN BLDG NO P-31 TO P-34, P-36 AND PROVN OF CERTAIN SANCTIONED WORKS AT AF STN KANHERI HILLS UNDER GE(AF) THANE." This civil works project, with Tender Reference Number GE (AF) T-36 OF 2025-26 (8526), is valued at ₹49,00,000 and requires completion within 180 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹98,000 is required, payable to GE AF THANE, with exemptions allowed as per guidelines. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable. The tender documents, including the NIT and BOQ, can be downloaded from 24-Sep-2025 12:00 PM to 15-Oct-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 09-Oct-2025 09:00 AM and 15-Oct-2025 06:00 PM, and will be opened on 23-Oct-2025 at 09:00 AM at the office of GE AF Thane, located at Kolshet Road, Sandoz Baugh Post, Thane 400607. The bid validity is 60 days. Interested bidders should submit their application in a firm's letterhead, along with scanned copies of DD/Banker's Cheque towards the cost of the tender, enlistment letter, GST and EPF certificates, registration proof on the E-MB portal, and details of enlistment criteria as per NIT if un-enlisted. Payment instruments accepted are Banker's Cheque and Demand Draft.
