Work Description - Pre Monsoon Protection Work/ Cosmetic Maintenance Works/ Cleaning Of Terrace And Surroundings And Associated Works

The Directorate of Construction Services and Estate Management (DCSEM), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for pre-monsoon protection work, cosmetic maintenance works, cleaning of terrace and surroundings, and associated tasks at various DAE buildings in Chembur, Ghatkoper, and CHSS dispensaries in Vashi and Kharghar, under the Chembur maintenance unit in Mumbai. This biennial work, with Tender Reference Number DCSEM/CQD/QSB/25-26/NIT/32 dt.18.06.2025, has an estimated value of ₹2,90,000. The contract is an Item Rate contract with a work period of 730 days.
