Work Description - Annual Maintenance Of 3702 Nos. Of Street Light &#x0d Points In Deolali Cantonment During The Year &#x0d 2025-26 And 2026-27

The Directorate General Defence Estates, through the Cantonment Board Deolali, invites open tenders for the Annual Maintenance of 3702 street light points in Deolali Cantonment for the years 2025-26 and 2026-27. This works contract, with Tender Reference Number R and B Sr. No. 87/2025-26 Annual street light 3709, is valued at ₹21,00,000. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting June 25, 2025, from 05:40 PM and submit their bids online no later than July 15, 2025, at 05:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹42,000 is required, payable to the Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Deolali. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹3,000 is also applicable. The tender will be opened on July 16, 2025, at 05:00 PM at the Office of the Cantonment Board Deolali. This is a two-cover system, with the first cover containing the technical bid and the second containing the financial bid. Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents, including the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), available for download and should note the bid validity period of 165 days and a work completion period of 365 days.
