The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "Construction of 12 Nos Type-II Residential Quarters (Ground 2 Floor) at shendegaon, Tai- Shahapur, Dist-Thane. SH- Conducting Geotechnical investigation work to determine safe bearing capacity of soil." as outlined in NIQ NO 01/EE(C)/Navi Mumbai-I/2025-26 (4th Call). The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 1,32,632 and requires an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 2,653 payable in favour of Executive Engineer NMCD CPWD Navi Mumbai via DD, FDR, BC, or BG. Key dates include a document download and bid submission deadline of August 6th, 2025 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for August 6th, 2025 at 03:30 PM.
