The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the redevelopment of the EPFO campus at Borivali, Mumbai. This comprehensive project encompasses the planning, designing, and construction of 301 residential quarters, including various types of units and guest houses, within a development featuring a tower with 3 Basements - GF - 35 Floors including 3 Podium levels, as well as another building (G+4) structure. The work scope includes all civil, electrical and mechanical (E&M) services, and horticulture development, executed under an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Mode-I contract. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 3,37,06,47,673 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,47,06,476, payable through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, MCD II, CPWD, Mumbai. Tender documents can be downloaded from 20-Jun-2025 to 26-Jul-2025 (11:00 AM), and bids must be submitted by 26-Jul-2025 (11:00 AM). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 26/06/2025 (11:00 AM) at the Office of CE Mumbai II CPWD, Mumbai.
