The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the "Operation and Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical Installation of Regional Passport office building at BKC, Mumbai," specifically focusing on the comprehensive maintenance of 2 Nos. 120 KVA UPS systems. This project, under NIT/RFP NO 41/EE(E)/Mumbai-II (Erstwhile MCED-IV)/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹ 8,36,016, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 16,720 required, payable via DD, FDR, BC or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), MCED-IV, CPWD, Mumbai-37.
