The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for Development Work including Construction of Visitors Centre, Green house, Mini Amphitheater, internal pathways, ponds, storm water drains, gazebos, watch Tower, toilet block, internal & External water supply lines for irrigation etc for campus of medicinal plant cultivation facility on Forest Land at Donvat, Tal.- Khalapur, District-Raigad for establishment of ICTREC Tata Memorial Centre Mumbai. This project, under NIT/RFP NO 08/SE-II/EE/Navi Mumbai-II/2025-2026, is estimated to cost ₹ 11,23,47,513 and is classified as Civil Works - Buildings. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 26-Aug-2025 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 26-Aug-2025 03:30 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 21,23,475 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of The Executive Engineer(E), MCED-V, CPWD, Navi Mumbai.
