The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of an Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) Building at Village Gevardha, District Gadchiroli, Maharashtra. This composite project encompasses the construction of a Boys Hostel including warden's residence, Giles Hostel including Warden's residence, kitchen and Dining, staff residence (26 Nos), a Type-IV residence for the Principal (1 No), Type-III residences for Teaching Staff (15 Nos), Type-II residences for Non-Teaching Staff (10 Nos), a Type-III Guest House (1 No), and a boundary wall with gate and security room. The scope of work also includes internal water supply and sanitary installations, drainage, site development, bulk services, and electrical & mechanical services. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 42,27,28,019 (Forty Two Crore Twenty Seven Lakh Twenty Eight Thousand and Nineteen Rupees). An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 52,27,280 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer Nagpur Central Division-I CPWD Nagpur. The NIT/RFP NO is 11/EE/Nagpur-I/2025-26. The deadline for document download and bid submission is July 11th, 2025, at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for July 11th, 2025, at 03:30 PM.
