The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Upgradation of Internal Electrical Installations in 02 Nos. Type-I, 04 Nos. Type-II, 03 Nos. Type-III and 01 No. Type-IV Residential Quarters at Non-GPRA Residential Area, Sector-VII, Mumbai-37 based on Occupation / Vacation Requirements." The estimated cost of the composite electrical works is ₹ 10,28,291 with a time allowance of 5 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 20,566 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favour of Executive Engineer (E), MCED II, CPWD, Mumbai-37. Interested bidders must possess a valid CPWD contractor enlistment, a valid electrical contractor license, and an electrical supervisor with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Mandatory documents include the original EMD receipt, GST registration certificate (or undertaking), ESIC and EPF registration certificates with the latest returns, and a certificate confirming completion of RFI module training imparted by Regional Training Institute or any CPWD officer under Train the Trainee.
