The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for structural and non-structural repairs, renovation, partitions, and furniture work, including the renovation and restoration of internal electrical installations, HVAC, CCTV, UPS, fire fighting and fire alarm systems, and audio-visual systems at the 3rd and 4th floors of the Department at Ballard Estate, Mumbai. This composite electrical and maintenance project, NIT/RFP NO 05/CE-I/EE(E)/MUMBAI-I/2025-26, also encompasses balance works specifically the replacement of a 180 TR chiller. The estimated cost of the project is ₹38,86,507, and the time allowed for completion is 6 months. Bids are invited under a percentage bid type.
