The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for electrical and maintenance works at the IMD main campus, Ramdurg House, Shivajinagar, Pune, under NIT number 55/EE(E)/PCED/NIT/2025-26. The work involves MOEI fans, RMO pump sets, lift, substation, AC system, VRF AC system, fire alarm system, and crucially, securing MSEDECL sanction for HT load reduction and completing all electrical works per MSEDCL sanction. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 6,11,617, and the earnest money deposit (EMD) is ₹ 12,232, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of Project Region Mumbai - SE-Pune - EE( E)-Pune. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting September 6, 2025, and submit their bids no later than 11:00 AM on September 15, 2025.
