PWD- Roads and Bridges, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for Electrification Work (Zonal Work) of AR, SR, M.O.W., Deposit Work of R.B. , N.R.B. and RH at Pawai Section, Under P.W.D. E/M Sub Division Panna, Distt. Panna(M.P.). The Tender Reference Number is NIT 04 zonal sagar/24.04.2025, with a tender value of ₹20,00,000. Interested bidders can download the tender documents starting from April 25, 2025, at 10:30 AM until May 09, 2025, at 05:30 PM. Bid submission also commences on April 25, 2025, at 10:30 AM and closes on May 09, 2025, at 05:30 PM. A tender fee of ₹2,295 is applicable. Bids will be opened on May 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer PWD (E/M) DIVISION SAGAR. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹40,000, equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value, is required. The work is to be completed within 360 days, and the bid validity is 120 days. Two covers are required: the first containing scanned copies of the PWD registration, cost of bid document, and affidavit, and the second containing the financial bid along with the receipt of electronic EMD, electric license and scanned copy of checklist organization detail,GST registration and PAN.
