The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "PROVN OF OTM ACCN OF FD HOSP PHASE ONE OF TWO PHASES AT BHOPAL MILITARY STATION UNDER GE BHOPAL". This is a works tender with reference number CEBZ/BPL/TOKEN/16 OF 2024-25. The estimated tender value is ₹18,73,60,000. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹12,62,000 is required, payable to GE Bhopal at Bhopal, and is not subject to exemption or BG/ST provision. The tender fee is ₹3,000, also payable to GE Bhopal at Bhopal, and is non-refundable. The document download and bid submission start on April 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM and June 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM, respectively. Both the document download and bid submission will end on July 1, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Bids will be opened on July 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM in Bhopal. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM at HQ CHIEF ENGR BHOPAL ZONE, MES SI LINE BHOPAL 462001. The work is to be completed within 750 days. Bidders must submit their application along with the cost of tender documents, documents supporting pre-qualification criteria as per Appendix A to NIT, and a duly signed integrity pact. All documents must be submitted in scanned PDF format, and the BOQ in .xls format across two covers, with the fee/prequal/technical documents in cover 1 and financial bid in cover 2. The bid validity period is 90 days.
