The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR /MAINT TO CEILING, WALLS, FLOORING, BALCONIES, PLASTERING, CHAJJAS, LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE, SUNKEN TREATMENT, ROOF TREATMENT, RAINWATER PIPES AND MISC WKS AT SC, JC, MARRIED ACCOMMODATION, ADM ACCN, FO ACCN, SPORTS COMPLEX, MEPTA AND OTHER CONNECTED" at GE AWC MHOW. The estimated tender value is ₹30,00,000, with a period of work of 180 days. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹60,000 and a tender fee of ₹500 are required, payable offline via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft to GE AWC MHOW. Enlisted MES contractors must provide a scanned copy of their enlistment letter, and unenlisted contractors should upload all required documents as specified in the NIT. Tenderers are required to submit technical details in Cover 1 and financial details, including the BOQ, in Cover 2.
