The Military Engineer Services (MES), E-IN-C Branch, invites open tenders for "WELCOME MAINT SERVICES INCLUDING B/R AND E/M WORKS OF MD ACCN IN AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE SAUGOR." This civil works project, referenced as GE/SGR/TOK-15 OF 2025-26, is valued at ₹20,00,000 and requires completion within 270 days. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting July 10, 2025, and submit their bids between July 25, 2025, and July 30, 2025, by 6:00 PM. A fixed EMD of ₹40,000 is required, payable to the GARRISON ENGINEER SAGAR, and a tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to the same authority. Bidders should note that both EMD through BG/ST or EMD Exemption is allowed . The bid opening is scheduled for August 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the office of the GARRISON ENGINEER SAUGOR, located in Saugor, MP- 470001. Enlisted contractors of Class 'E' category 'a (i)' or those meeting equivalent MES criteria are eligible to apply. Required documents for submission include scanned copies of the application form, DD/BC for tender fee, MES enlistment letter (or equivalent), EMD proof, EPF and GST registration, and the BOQ, as specified in the tender document "Tendernotice_1.pdf." The successful bidder will be required to execute the work as per the item rate form of contract.
