E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for "SPL REAPIR/REPLACEMENT OF LT OVERHEAD LINE TO LT UNDERGROUND CABLE IN JAMUN LINE AND SPL REPAIR TO GEYSER, CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN AGAINST BER UNDER GE SAUGOR" at Saugor. This Item Rate contract, referenced as GE/SGR/TOK-02 OF 2025-26, is valued at ₹44,20,000. Interested bidders must download tender documents from 17-Jul-2025 to 30-Jul-2025 (06:00 PM), and submit their bids between 25-Jul-2025 (01:00 PM) and 30-Jul-2025 (06:00 PM). Bids will be opened on 01-Aug-2025 at 11:00 AM at the office of GARRISON ENGINEER SAUGOR, whose address is Military Engineer services, Garrison Engineer Saugor MP- 470001. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹88,400 is required, payable to GARRISON ENGINEER SAGAR at SAUGOR, with EMD exemption allowed via BG/ST. A tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to GARRISON ENGINEER SAGAR at SAUGOR. The period of work is 180 days. The tender is for Class D category b (i) and as per tender documents. Bidders must submit scanned copies of the application form, DD/BC for tender fee, MES enlistment letter, EMD, workload details, EPF and GST Registration, and the BOQ in two covers.
