The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of an Eklavya Model Residential School at Ghughari, Dist. Mandla (MP) as per NIT/RFP NO 03/SE(Jabalpur)/2025-26. The scope of work includes the construction of the School Building (G+2), Girls Hostel (G+2), Boys Hostel (G+2), 2 Nos. Warden Residence, Principal quarter, 10 Nos. Type-II Quarters (G+2), One Block of 8 Nos. Type-III quarters (G+1), Another Block of 7 Nos. Type-III Quarters (G+1) with Guest House, Kitchen and Dining Block, Pump Room, Sentry Post including Internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, Internal and External Electric installation and Development works i.e. 2 No. Borewell, 4 Nos. Septic tanks, Road works, Retaining wall and Compound wall etc. The estimated cost of the project is ₹37,08,33,296. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹47,08,333, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, JCD, CPWD Jabalpur. Key dates include the document download and bid submission deadline of 01-Oct-2025 at 03:00 PM, and the bid opening on 01-Oct-2025 at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents for submission include copies of EMD, enlistment order, ERP training certificate, GST registration and undertaking, EMD receipt, Electrical license or Undertaking, PAN card, contact details, site inspection undertaking, and an undertaking for structural stability and soundness.
