Work Description - Renovation And Upgradation Of 3rd Floor Providing Vrv System Glow Sign Board And Other Allied Electrical Works At Department Of Food And Public Distribution Dhanwantri Complex Shahpura Bhopal

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the Renovation and Upgradation of the 3rd Floor, including the provision of a VRV System, Glow Sign Board, and other allied Electrical works at the Department of Food and Public Distribution, Dhanwantri Complex, Shahpura, Bhopal. This electrical works project, NIT/RFP NO 112/EE(E)/BHOPAL/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹ 11,88,382 (Eleven Lakh Eighty Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Two Rupees), with a completion timeframe of 3 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 23,768 is required, payable to EE(E), CPWD, Electrical Division, Bhopal via DD or FDR. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting from 23rd September 2025, 05:21 PM, with the deadline for submission being 1st October 2025, 03:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on 1st October 2025, 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents for submission include a scanned copy of the original EMD, a valid Enlistment order of Eligible Contractors enlisted in CPWD in the Appropriate class and Region in Composite Category, Copy of Receipt for Deposition of Original EMD issued from Division office of any Executive Engineer CPWD, Valid Electrical Contractor License, Certificate of Registration for GST, Safety of the Labour at Page NO 20 of This NIT, Undertaking for Site inspection as per Annexure A at Page No 21 of This NIT, ERP Training Certificate through any of the CPWD Regional Training Institutes RTIs at Delhi Mumbai Chennai and Kolkata or through the National CPWD Academy NCA Gaziabad or through any other special training arranged by ERP Unit at CPWD Hq and the newly enlisted contractors or his authorized representatives shall take compulsory ERP Training with 45 days of the date of issue of enlistment order, PAN CARD, and Address, Phone No & Email ID of the Bidder.
