The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the construction of a School Building (G+1) A-Type (Two Section), 01 No. type-V, 04 Nos. Type-III (G+1) and 04 Nos. type - II (G+1) quarters including Internal water supply, Sanitary installation, Drainage, Electrical installation and Development works i.e. Septic tanks, Borewell, U.G. Sump, C.C. Road, RCC overhead tank, Rain water harvesting with boundary wall etc. for Kendriya Vidyalaya at Anuppur (M.P.) - Recall, as per NIT No. 11/SE/12/EE/AMKT/2024-25 (MODIFIED). The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 24,33,28,481 (Twenty Four Crore Thirty Three Lakh Twenty Eight Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty One Rupees), with a time allowance of 12 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 34,33,285 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer CPWD Amarkantak.
