The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of an Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) at Pansemal, District Barwani, Madhya Pradesh, under NIT No. 05/SE/EE/Indore-II/2025-26. The scope of work includes the construction of a School Building (G+1), Boys and Girls Hostels (G+2), two Warden Residences, fifteen Type-III quarters, one Guest House, ten Type-II quarters, a Kitchen and Dining area, a Substation, and a Security Cabin, along with site development and electrical installations (Package-I). The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 34,14,11,998, and the completion timeline is 18 months. Interested bidders must submit a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 44,14,120 via DD, FDR, BC, or BG, favoring the Executive Engineer, Indore Central Division-II, CPWD, Indore.
