The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the renovation of toilets at two 180-men barracks at CIAT, CRPF Shivpuri (MP), including electrical works. This composite maintenance project, bearing Tender ID 118909 and NIT/RFP NO 07/SE/EE/GCD(Gwalior)/2025-26, has an estimated cost of ₹1,57,75,425 with a completion timeline of 6 months. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically between July 9th, 2025, 11:29 AM and July 16th, 2025, 3:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for July 16th, 2025, at 3:30 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,15,509 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or TC in favor of EE-GCD-CPWD-GWALIOR. Key eligibility criteria include possessing a valid Enlistment Order, a GST Registration Certificate, deposition receipt of original EMD, Insurance Surety Bond/DD/Bankers Cheque/FDR/Bank Guarantee, undertaking for site inspection, undertaking on structural stability of completed buildings, compulsory ERP Training certificate, and a valid electrical license or undertaking to obtain/associate with a licensed contractor.
