The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the upgradation of Eklavya Model Residential School at Rampur, Chappar Distt.-Jabalpur (MP). This composite project encompasses construction of a Girls Hostel (G+1) for 80 students, warden quarters for both Boys and Girls Hostels (1 No. each), and 2 Nos. Type-III quarters, including internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, internal and external electric installation, and development work. A critical sub-component is soil investigation and submission of a report detailing safe bearing capacity and all soil layer data. The NIT/RFP Number for this tender is NIQNo.02/EE(Jabalpur)/2025-26, and the estimated cost of the work is ₹ 1,92,930.00. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,900.00 is required, payable via DD or FDR in favor of the Executive Engineer, JCD, CPWD Jabalpur. Interested bidders must download the tender document between May 9, 2025, and May 17, 2025, until 3:00 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically between May 9, 2025 and May 17, 2025, until 3:00 PM. The bid opening date is May 17, 2025, at 3:30 PM.
