The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open bids for the construction of a Teaching and Research Lab (G+4) for the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, under EPC (Mode-1). This comprehensive project includes the planning, designing, and construction of a multi-story facility comprising two Central Instrument Facility (CIF) halls, multiple research and academic labs, faculty rooms, AHU rooms, toilets, accessible ramps, parking areas, and associated site development. The work encompasses internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, all electrical and mechanical (E&M) services, and the development of BIM models. The estimated cost of the project is ₹75,31,53,387 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹85,31,534, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Bhopal Central Division-II, CPWD, Bhopal. Key dates include a bid submission deadline of June 16, 2025, at 3:00 PM, and a bid opening date of June 16, 2025, at 3:30 PM.
