The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the work of "REPAIR REPLACEMENTS OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINES, CONTROL VALVES, VALVE CHAMBER, PUMP SETS STARTER PANELS, CLEANING OF OVERHEAD TANKS AND UNDERGROUND SUMPS, FIRE SUMPS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT TECHNICAL AREA OF NPOL KOCHI". This Item Rate contract, with Tender ID 2025_MES_724207_1 and Tender Reference Number 8372E8AGERDK, is valued at ₹24,00,000 with a work period of 330 days and bid validity of 60 days. Tender documents can be downloaded from August 2, 2025, 02:00 PM to August 23, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between August 16, 2025, 09:00 AM and August 23, 2025, 06:00 PM, and will be opened on August 25, 2025, 09:00 AM at the office of AGE I R AND D KOCHI, THRIKKAKARA, KAKKANAD, KOCHI 682021. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹48,000 and a tender fee of ₹500 are required, payable to AGE I R AND D KOCHI at KAKKANAD. EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST or EMD Exemption certificate. The tender is a two-cover system. Cover 1 requires scanned copies of MES enlistment letter with Appx A and Appx B, tender fee, EMD application on the firm's letterhead, enlistment documents for un-enlisted firms, police verification, GST and EPF registration, and details of all running works. Cover 2 contains the BOQ. Acceptable Payment Instruments are Bankers Cheque, Personal Cheques, Demand Draft, R-T-G-S, FDR, ECS, and NEFT.
