Work Description - Harvesting Turmeric In 900 Beds At Icar-iisr Experimental Farm, Peruvannamuzhi

The Department of Agricultural Research and Education, through Director ICAR IISR Kozhikode, invites open limited tenders for harvesting turmeric in 900 beds at the ICAR-IISR Experimental Farm in Peruvannamuzhi. This is a works contract, referenced as tender number 12-04(2)Misc/Works/2025-26, with a work period of 90 days. The tender documents, including the BOQ and detailed specifications, are available for download from October 31, 2025, until November 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM at ICAR IISR Experimental farm Peruvannamuzhi. Bids must be submitted by November 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM, and will be opened on November 15, 2025, at 3:00 PM at ICAR IISR Kozhikode. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,800 is required, payable to Director IISR Kozhikode and payable at Kozhikode; exemptions may be allowed for eligible parties. Tenderers must submit proof of experience in similar contracts, PAN details, GST registration, work details as per annexure III, duly filled annexures IV, V, and VI, EMD/MSME details, and a declaration stating that they are not blacklisted by ICAR-IISR or any other relevant organization, alongside the BoQ in two covers.
