The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of a zoological park at Thrissur, specifically for providing electrical bulk services and external electric services, including the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (SITC) of a 4-line hot wire fencing system for animal enclosures housing Himalayan Black Bears, Sloth Bears, Jackals, Dholes, and Hyenas. This composite work, under NIT/RFP NO 33/EE(E)-KOCHI/2025-26 - Recall 1, is estimated to cost ₹ 14,03,965, with a time allowance of 90 days for completion. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 28,079 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, COCHIN CENTRAL DIVISION, CPWD, COCHIN. Interested bidders must submit mandatory documents, including treasury challan/demand draft for EMD, copy of original EMD deposition receipt, GST registration certificate, PAN card copy, and various undertakings as per the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT). CPWD enlisted contractors must provide their enlistment order, while specialized agencies must provide experience certificates, TDS certificates for non-government works, annual financial turnover certificates, solvency/net worth certificates, and ESI/EPF registration or declaration.
